Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we deliver to all the countries in the world. Underwater deliveries are still out of reach though.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We strive hard to deliver your order with lightning speed and have tied up with fastest logistics services known to the world. On an average, it takes us about 2 business days to ship goods out of our office in Bangalore, India. We ship goods on all weekdays except Sunday and Public holidays. In case of International deliveries your order will take approximately 6-8 business days to reach you and in case of domestic shipping i.e shipping within India it will take approximately 5-7 business days. Don't be surprised if it reaches earlier. However, sometimes when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping rates are weight based and are calculated on the basis of every 500 grams. If a product weighs 550 grams, you will be charged for 1Kg. Since shipping is calculated based on total weight, more items means lower shipping cost per item. e.g., one ear ring or ten, shipping cost will be same since total weight of both one and ten ear rings is under 500gm.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?

Even though we'd like to deliver your orders to even in the middle of the Sahara using pigeons, our shipping partners think otherwise. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address. Using pigeons for a delivery in the middle of Sahara is still a bad idea!

Will I be charged for customs charges in case of international shipping?

All the orders are shipped internationally from our office in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address via Fedex / DHL. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting

How do I track my order?

We notify order details to our customers via an email once their order is shipped. The email carries a tracking link using which you will be able to track your parcel at the carrier's website. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us. If you are not sure whether or not your order has shipped yet, you can check the status of your recent orders in "My Account"

I have not received any order tracking details and it is later than I expected. What do I do now?

We normally send the order tracking details within 24 working hours after your order is shipped. If you haven't received your order tracking details even after 2 working days of order dispatch, write in a mail to us at orderstatus@colorsofsin.com, stating your name, order number, order date and query. We promise to assist at the earliest.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Once we receive your order, we take approximately 2 working days to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at orderstatus@colorsofsin.com with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes. Please note that we will not be able to change the address of an order placed for India delivery to International delivery or visa versa since the pricing for India and international deliveries is different from each other.

My order has not arrived yet.

Normally, the order gets delivered within the range mentioned on our website. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please see if you have tried:

  • Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
  • Signing into your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
  • Checking with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
  • If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at orderstatus@colorsofsin.com and quote your order number. We'll do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

The tracking for my order shows a delivery attempt but I wasn't able to accept my parcel. What do I do now?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. (We're sorry but a pet or kid does not count.) Don’t worry if you aren’t, as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. At the time of shipping, we inform you the name of the shipping company as well via email. You may get in touch with their local office.

My order is on its way back to . Why?

Your parcel may be undeliverable because of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they're unable to successfully deliver your order, the package will be returned to us.
  • Refused by Recipient: A gift recipient, who isn't expecting a gift, may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them by mistake. If you want to place a new order for the gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
  • Please note that it will not be possible to reimburse the delivery charges; under any circumstances.

Can I call in my order?

Currently we do not have a call in number for placing orders. Please follow the steps in the online checkout process on the website.

How can I modify my order?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at orderstatus@colorsofsin.com or call us on +91-7829906795 to cancel your order. However, please note that orders can not be cancelled if they have already been shipped.

What if my order is lost in transit?

We work with some of the most reliable logistics companies in the world. So the possibility of losing an order in transit is extremely low. In case this happens, we will reship the order or issue a refund.
